Our 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training is a Yoga Alliance Approved Program for the dedicated student seeking an in-depth understanding and practice of Hatha Yoga and Meditation, as well as preparation and training for becoming a Certified Teacher in this tradition. You will integrate the teachings of the Eight Limbed Path, with a strong focus on classical Yoga philosophy, practice, physical anatomy, energetic anatomy, and the chakra system. You will earn and explore all aspects of Yogic Lifestyle.
As you dive into understanding the effects and applications of this practice, you will learn how to offer this practice to diverse populations in a variety of settings. Develop your knowledge and surround yourself in a loving, supportive, yoga community, at a convenient pace. Gain a deep understanding of yourself and the yoga tradition, while gaining skills as a teacher.
Meeting times will be Friday's 6:00 p.m. - 8:30 p.m., Saturday & Sundays 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
